1. Main properties of products
Our products:
1.1. Basis of “BIORAIN" products
Special combination of surfactants in the BIORAIN products in conjunction with a range of special and standard components and additives make them very effective, letting easily remove the most different contaminations.
Surfactants make water more fluid, thus letting our products to penetrate quickly under the layer of contaminations. Molecules of surfactants surround micro particles of oil, separating them from each other and facilitating degreasing. Cationic component of surfactants in conjunction with inhibitors gives BIORAIN products antistatic and anticorrosion properties, and also facilitated degreasing activity. They is why BIORAIN products work more efficiently than many other products available in the market.
1.2. РН level
BIORAIN products have PH value from 10,5 (for 0,5% solution) till 13,5 (for concentrate), that is why even 1%-5% solutions clean and degrease very good. Agents with such pH level usually are very aggressive, but BIORAIN products are an exception to the rules. They are absolutely safe for any materials, do not cause corrosion and etching of metals, are absolutely safe for people, do not pollute the environment.
1.3. Technology of cleaning and degreasing
When executing the process of cleaning we must remember that to achieve necessary result it is essential to observe the technology by rule and line, taking into account first of all:
From the whole range of products you should choose one for concrete task of cleaning. Product is thoroughly chosen for the object of cleaning: type and level of contamination, material, degree of roughness, condition and location of surface, the range of other parameters are taken into account.
It is extremely important to find and assure the optimal way and regime of contact of working compound with the object of cleaning. It can be, for instance, aerosol spraying or sputtering, usage of foam generators, application with roller or sponge during manual cleaning, plunging into degreasing bath or something other. Our experience will let us give all necessary in such cases recommendations.
The duration of process of cleaning is determined by material and condition of surface, type and nature of contaminations. For example, the most thick and firm is the layer of contamination, the longer cleaner should act. In some cases the process goes by quickly (for instance, when it is necessary to remove nicotine deposits), but sometimes – more slowly (when removing graphite oil). Usually time of action is from few seconds to few minutes and rarely-more.
The more intense is the contamination, the greater is necessity for mechanical action. Such action can be action of fluctuations of ultrasonic frequency in ultrasonic baths or barbotage, or vibration, manual processing with special devices: brushes of certain rigidness, scrapers, flow of water or air under pressure or something else.
Since all our products do not start chemical interaction neither with object of cleaning, nor with contaminations, very responsible is the stage of their removal, letting in the range of cases use working compounds at various times. The method of removal (including the method of collecting product with contaminations) to a great extent is determined by a certain object of cleaning. There can be used a flow of water or air under pressure, fabrics absorbing moisture.
1.4. Removing static contaminations
By interaction of cleanable surface with electrostatic charge our products destroy it, thus actively separating contaminations and preventing further accumulation of dirt and dust. Thus, for instance, there was developed product ACSG certified for usage in aviation. Applying it on the fuselage of aircraft, waiting for 10 minutes, and then rinsing with water, we can remove up to 85% of static contaminations.
1.5. Removing natural, household and industrial odours
Our products well remove vast majority of odours. It is important to note that after interaction with BIORAIN products odours are not masked, but are removed. Thus, for instance, molecules of very smelling agent mercaptan are completely destroyed, this agent is added to natural gas.
1.6. Absence of own odour
The majority of BIORAIN products practically do not have odour. Appearance of weak odour is allowed when product is heated, but it has fresh nuance and is not irritant.
1.7. Applicability in cleaning systems
BIORAIN products are universal not only in relationship with cleaning task, but in the sense of method of application: they can be used for cleaning manually, and also in the majority of industrial cleaning systems and devices. Such devices, for instance, can be:
2. Safety of “BIORAIN ” products
2.1. Do not cause corrosion
Washing compounds having pH level as high as BIORAIN products usually aggressively affect the metals. Independent surveys of the range of Russian and European enterprises have approved that the vast majority of metals do not corrode even by interaction with our products-concentrates. Working compounds do cause neither corrosion, not etching of metals. Besides, BIORAIN products are indifferent to any other materials.
By contact of our products with skin only its degreasing appears – just dryness is felt. As to getting of BIORAIN products into eyes, they cause irritation no more than usual soap. Our products let personnel really go without protective means.
Nevertheless, in the instructions for use we write that by work with BIORAIN products it is necessary to use means for protection of skin and eyes. It is done in accordance with law, i.e. formally it is always necessary to use protective agents when working with cleaner of any type.
2.3. Not toxic
As it follows from European certificates, the toxicity of all BIORAIN products corresponds 4th, the lowest class of danger.
3. Ecology and "BIORAIN " products
We offer products, which satisfy all modern requirement of environment protection. By utilization they can be drained into sewage without limitations.
3.1. Biodegradability
European normative documents approve that product is considered to be biodegradable if the extreme level of biodegradability (its biodegradability till not harmful elements, naturally being in the environment) exceeds 80%. “BIORAIN ” products dissolve till 85% in 28 days, i.e. on the level of glucose, and then dissolve completely.
3.2. Absence of phosphates
Phosphates are added to many washing agent to raise activity. It is known that phosphates harm the environment. Our products do not contain phosphates.
3.3. Recirculation
In worked out working compounds with the time appears natural exfoliation of contaminations according to relative weight. This process can be accelerated and intensified by separating and filtration, but our products can be used many times, which lets to cut expenses significantly.
3.4. Stability of propertiesв
Working compounds “BIORAIN ” for a long time are available for use, as organic solvents are volatile, but our dirt separators quickly evaporate only with high temperature and in this case 80% of evaporated agent composes water, but not degreaser.
Additional advantage of “BIORAIN ” products is that their properties are highly stable, though quality of solvents deteriorates significantly as they saturate with contaminations.
“BIORAIN ” products do not have the property of chemical saturation.
