Concentrated foam cleaning agent
Compound: non-ionic surfactants and cationic surfactants, butildiglycol, concentrate, trilon B, antimicrobial agents, colour improver and specially prepared water.
pH value in concentrate: 13,7
Mode of application: Agent for cleaning heavily contaminated surfaces, thermo cameras, stoves, ovens, smokehouses and smoke generators.
Sphere of application: It is used for cleaning oil, fat, smoke and sooth. It is used for manual and mechanical cleaning. It removes technogenic, household and natural odours. Biodegradable product.
Application:
Deep cleaning of surfaces:
a. Prepare solution estimated 850 ml warm water and 150 ml concentrate.
b. Apply solution on the surface with trigger with foam head or sponge till foam appears.
c. Hold solution on the surface for few minutes, do not let working compound to dry.
d. Heavily contaminated places should be processed with brush or hard sponge.
e. Rinse with water, dry if necessary.
Removing oil and fat:
a. Prepare solution estimated 900ml of warm water and 100 ml of concentrate.
b. Apply solution on the surface with foam head or sponge till foam appears.
c. Hold solution on the surface for several minutes, do not let working compound to dry.
d. Rinse with water, dry if necessary.
Daily cleaning:
a. Prepare solution estimates 950-970ml of warm water and 50-30ml of concentrate.
b. Apply solution on the surface with trigger with foam head till foam appears.
c. Hold solution on the surface for several minutes, do not let working compound to dry.
d. Rinse with water, if necessary.
Cleaning using washing equipment:
a. Pour water into the tank of washing equipment, and then add concentrate.
b. Dosage should be carried out, following directions of manufacturer.
c. If automatic metering unit is used, pour concentrate into suitable container.
d. Clean surfaces according to instruction of washing equipment.
Correct dosage lowers consumption of concentrate.
